Yes, I can help you create change.

No, I don’t want to change YOU. Not who you are at your core.

All sessions are neurodivergence-aware, affirming, and tailored for us.

"Hallo Cyrilla! Thank you so much for introducing me to hypnosis. I had no idea it was so useful in so many ways and already the stress reduction is helping immensely in keeping me calmer, another helping with sleep, another about coping with sound and misophonia better. You are very talented and inventive in putting hypnosis to work! Thank you so much as it is making a big difference to my life!"

- Gail

I didn't expand my work to include neurodivergent clients - they showed me what 'creative' actually means. In twenty-plus

years of using this modality, some of the most vivid creative work I've witnessed has come from them.

As an autistic person myself (AuDHD), I understand firsthand how traditional hypnosis approaches often don't work for our neurodivergent brains.

Unlike traditional hypnosis methods designed for neurotypical brains — with visualizations, in-session surprises, directive language, and NT metaphors — with the help of fellow neurodivergent volunteers in our community online, I've been focused on developing methods specifically for how WE process information. Multiple sensory options, room for fidgeting, NO surprises, no requirement to "visualize" if that doesn't work for you, and language that invites rather than commands.

You are always the one in control in a session — always. And there is simply no way to do it "wrong." Whatever your mind does in trance is the correct way for you.

A Word About Meditation:

Many people ask whether hypnosis is just another form of meditation. For neurotypical brains the distinction is interesting. For ADHD and AuDHD brains it's significant — meditation asks you to sustain self-directed attention while blocking competing stimuli, which is often the hardest thing for us to do. Hypnosis is externally guided, which means your brain gets to allow rather than self-manage. That's a meaningful difference.

And I always suggest everyone start with Trance Practice

The first couple of times someone tried to hypnotize me, I could NOT drop into trance. I think I was just so captivated by the whole process, and was paying so much attention to the words and how it was done, that my brain couldn't RELAX enough. And I'm pretty sure some other neurodivergent people would have the same experience.

So you won't have to go through the same scenario, here is TRANCE PRACTICE. All it does is take you into trance, let you sit there a minute, then take you back out. There are NO suggestions - it's just relaxing practice so your brain can listen to the process all it wants to until it's ready to relax and go into trance.

"This was such a wonderful session! It was my first time trying hypnosis and I was really impressed by how thoughtful your language was and how well it worked for my audhd brain! About an hour later I couldn’t believe how relaxed I felt - more than I have any recollection of after so many years stuck in high alert. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us, Cyrilla!" - Kim

Things We Work On Together

Ultra-Height for Privacy

Ultra-Height is my favorite hypnosis modality, invented by my teacher, Jerry Kein. In Ultra-Height, you don't need to tell me anything unless you want to - you explore deeply in your hypnotic state, getting answers to your questions, working through issues from your past, all while just signaling me "yes" or "no" to my occasional questions as to if you are finding your solutions. It's very gentle and very private.

Job Interview Preparation

One of our greatest challenges in an allistic world is being able to come across well in a job interview situation. We need to show we are intelligent enough for the position without coming across as "too" intelligent to get along with people.

We use a combo of hypnosis to create instant calm, and some well-established actor and voice artist tricks to create an interviewee that shows of the best sides of you.

Stim Reframing

We need our stims for regulation. But sometimes we have one that is damaging to our health (like teeth grinding) or that is too obvious or might be considered off-putting.

So in your trance state we find what the stim is meant to regulate, then you use Ultra-Height to explore for a different stim to replace it. Occasionally people find that stim isn't even needed anymore.

"In the first session of working with Cyrilla, I was able to breath deeper than I had in more than a decade. The funny thing is that I was fidgeting and playing with pens, not really paying attention. Since then, I have not had to force myself to breath through the day or night." - Anjali

I run weekly regularly scheduled ND Group Hypnosis Sessions - easy to join and easy to be incognito.

Not quite ready for a group session or private work? Several sessions are available as recordings you can use in your own time, in your own space.

Melissa's Story

"Working with Cyrilla ahead of my most recent in-person interview was genuinely one of the more effective things I did to prepare. I had been working with her for several months through her rumination, "cooling the circuits," and stress relief sessions, so I already had a solid foundation with her approach and trusted it.

"In high-stakes situations, I've often struggled with regulation and overthinking, and had spent about six months in an active job search carrying a consistent underlying fear that I wouldn't be able to hold it together when it actually counted.

"Cyrilla brought together hypnotherapy and acting-based techniques in a way that helped me move out of my own head and into a more grounded, articulate state. Being able to drop down into a calmer place right before walking into that room made a real difference in how I showed up and how clearly I was able to communicate.

"The impact was immediate and practical. I felt present and regulated in a way that let me respond naturally, even when the questions got more specific and challenging.

"If you're preparing for any kind of high-stakes conversation—an interview, a business pitch, a legal proceeding, or any moment where you need to stay grounded and communicate clearly under pressure—I would not hesitate to recommend her."
