Memorization Programs
Memorization is an ongoing part of this profession and going to a hypnotist every time you needed to memorize something would be crazy. These sessions are for you to use at home, on your schedule, whenever you need them. As opposed to simply prepping your mind to relax, the session plays along with your study sessions, keeping you in hypnosis so you learn your lines or music - deeply, with your eyes open, while in a trance state.
These recordings are designed to be used over and over again - for every audition and every booking.

This Bedtime Session addresses many of our sleep issues. We begin by relaxing into gently allowing our minds to find anything we have forgotten that must be done before bed. Then we deepen into a mini Rumination Release, then proceed to create our perfect sleep space with our minds, and ending with suggestions for deep, healing sleep.

Our entertainment industry has given us a lot of silly ideas about what hypnosis is, so l explain a bit about what it really is and what is definitely is NOT.
Even if you think you understand hypnosis, even if you have been hypnotized before (especially if it was in a stage show!), you'll have better sessions if you listen to this first.
Use Trance Practice if...
• you are concerned you can't go into trance (secret: you can)
• you just want to know what trance feels like
• you're neurodivergent (like me) and you sometimes don't go into trance at all and other times go in too deeply to get work done
